The opportunity
A flexible Caribbean programme, with more routes than most.
St. Lucia offers one of the broader sets of investment routes in the Caribbean — a contribution, real estate, an enterprise project, or government bonds — allowing the structure to be matched to a family’s wider position rather than the other way round.
Citizens hold visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to more than 140 destinations, including the Schengen Area, and the island maintains favourable legislation for businesses choosing to base themselves there.

Considered within the whole
A second citizenship is rarely a decision on its own. Where you hold it touches your tax position, your succession, and the structures that hold your wealth. We place the choice inside the whole of your affairs — so it strengthens the rest, rather than working against it.
Important information
The basis on which we advise.
The figures shown are minimum qualifying investments and are indicative only. Government charges, due-diligence and processing fees, and professional costs apply in addition, and programme terms, thresholds and benefits are set by the relevant government and change from time to time. Nothing here is an offer or a solicitation.
ORA Black advises on the selection and structuring of these programmes within the whole of your affairs. Regulated financial services, where required, are provided through our partnership with NEBA Private Clients, under the authorisation of the entity licensed to act in the relevant jurisdiction. Advice is given only under a formal engagement, on the basis of your specific circumstances.
