The opportunity
EU permanent residence, for life, from a single investment.
Cyprus grants permanent residence — for life — to non-EU families through a single qualifying investment, most commonly in property. There is no requirement to relocate; a visit once every two years maintains the status.
As an EU member with a favourable non-domicile tax regime, Cyprus suits families seeking a European foothold and a base for internationally mobile income. Citizenship may be pursued after eight years of residence.
The routes
How the investment is made.
01
Real estate
New residential or commercial property from EUR 300,000 (plus VAT).
02
Company shares or funds
An equivalent investment into a Cyprus company or approved fund.
Considered within the whole
A residence is the start of a relationship with a jurisdiction — its tax, its time, its obligations. We weigh each option against where you are taxed, where your wealth sits, and where your family intends to be, so the decision serves the whole picture.
Important information
The basis on which we advise.
The figures shown are minimum qualifying investments and are indicative only. Government charges, due-diligence and processing fees, and professional costs apply in addition, and programme terms, thresholds and benefits are set by the relevant government and change from time to time. Nothing here is an offer or a solicitation.
ORA Black advises on the selection and structuring of these programmes within the whole of your affairs. Regulated financial services, where required, are provided through our partnership with NEBA Private Clients, under the authorisation of the entity licensed to act in the relevant jurisdiction. Advice is given only under a formal engagement, on the basis of your specific circumstances.
