The opportunity
A ten-year EU residence, recently reopened.
Hungary’s Guest Investor Programme provides a ten-year residence in an EU and Schengen state — an unusually long initial term. The principal route is a subscription into an approved real estate fund.
With a comparatively low cost of living and a central European position, it suits families wanting a durable European base without immediate relocation. Permanent residence becomes available after three years.

01
Real estate fund
A subscription of EUR 250,000 into an approved fund.
02

A donation of EUR 1,000,000 to a qualifying institution.
Considered within the whole
A residence is the start of a relationship with a jurisdiction — its tax, its time, its obligations. We weigh each option against where you are taxed, where your wealth sits, and where your family intends to be, so the decision serves the whole picture.
Important information

Government charges, due-diligence and processing fees, and professional costs apply in addition, and programme terms, thresholds and benefits are set by the relevant government and change from time to time. Nothing here is an offer or a solicitation.
