A green card through employment, not capital.
EB-3 is an employment-based route to United States permanent residence, sponsored by a US employer rather than driven by a capital investment. It covers skilled workers, professionals and certain other workers.
Because it turns on a genuine job offer and labour certification rather than a contribution, the economics and the eligibility differ entirely from EB-5 — and for the right candidate it can be a more accessible path to a green card. We assess suitability case by case.
