A direct route to a United States green card.
The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Programme is the principal investment route to United States permanent residence — a green card — for an investor, their spouse and unmarried children under twenty-one.
Investment is made into a qualifying project that creates at least ten American jobs; the reduced USD 800,000 threshold applies in targeted employment areas. Citizenship may be pursued after five years of residence.
