A life that crosses borders rarely respects the lines a single regulator draws. Tax in one country, investments in another, a structure held in a third — each governed by its own authority, each demanding the right permission to advise.
So we built the practice to meet that reality. Where a matter calls for regulated financial services — investment, insurance, wealth and the structures that hold them — we act through our partnership with NEBA Private Clients, whose entities hold authorisation across the jurisdictions our clients live and invest in.
The principle is simple. You hold a single, considered relationship with us. Behind it, each regulated activity is carried out by, or under the authorisation of, the NEBA Private Clients entity licensed to provide it — overseen by the regulator of that jurisdiction.
